Over the last twenty years Brent has formed a dedicated TEAM that equally shares his passion for building and more importantly believes in treating each home as they would their own.   Our belief that the relationship between our TEAM and the homeowner is a vital key to the overall success of each project.   Our relationships start with honesty and respect that will allow for a long relationship between our Team and the family who becomes our neighbors. 

 We are not perfect but we promise that your home will become a point of pride not only for you but for our entire TEAM as well.   We promise to show respect to you and your home from the start  by ensuring job sites are clean and organized.  When an unforeseen circumstance comes up during construction we pledge to communicate it quickly and honestly to you as soon as possible to ensure our expectations match yours.    

Our team spends as much time upfront  planning your home to ensure that all details of construction are covered.   Dukate Building Company believes that you deserve our best effort before, during and after construction.  We realize nothing is more frustrating than realizing in the middle of construction that your budgets do not match what you have envisioned.  It is this reason we would rather be upfront with you from the start.   We simply do not have time or desire to spend time playing pricing games.  Our goal is to educate our potential homeowners of the construction process, factors that drive cost, and develop a relationship built upon trust and respect.  We realize that building a home is a major commitment and believe that our homeowners deserve our commitment to educate them on their new home before a contract is signed.   The work done upfront allows for the building process to be an enjoyable experience, which is the way it should be.
